Mon Suites Catedral

Zimmer bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Leider war unser Zimmer über der Garagen Einfahrt die unnötig laut schließt und daher etwas unangenehm. Umgebung ist sehr zentral mit sehr guten Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Was natürlich aber auch bedingt, dass die Leute auf den Gassen etwas Geräusche machen. Dafür wohnt man eben mitten im Geschehen. Die Kathedrale ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der Markt in 5. Zum Strand nahmen wir ein Taxi für ca. 11 Euro. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Das große Plus ist die zentrale Lage und die relativ großen Zimmer.

Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht genutzt und deshalb die Vorteile des Apartmentsstill nicht genutzt, aber super zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und somit alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Lage sehr gut, Wohnung und Grösse gut, Sauberkeit (war schon bei Ankunft nicht sauber) und es wurde während 4 Tagen nie geputzt (Zumutung) Check-in 16h viel zu spät! Fazit: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis 👎

Unterkunft ist super zentral. Während der Hauptsaison kann es wohl etwas laut werden, da mitten in der Altstadt (Restaurant direkt nebenan, viele Touristen).

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Die Lage im Zentrum ist ideal.

Super Lage, modern, sauber, alles was man erwartet. Eventuell könnte die Küche etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein. Aber sonst alles top.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum von Valencia. Man braucht nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler und allen notwendigen Untensilien (Teller, Besteck, etc.) ausgestattet. Sowohl das Check-in als auch das Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Wir haben die Tabs für den Geschirrspüler gratis an der Rezeption erhalten - super Service, vielen Dank! Gemäss Aussage der Rezeption sollte die Reinigung alle drei Tage gemacht werden. Dies war bei und nicht der Fall. Gereinigt wurde am späten Nachmittag von unserem vorletzten Tag. Das macht nicht viel Sinn, da sie nach unserer Abreise am nächsten Tag direkt nochmals alles machen mussten. Das hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Hatte alles was benötigt wird um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen, sehr zentral, immer gern wieder.

Modern ausgestattet, sauberes appartement mitten im Zentrum. Beim 1.mal etwas schwierig hinzufinden,ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Eine tolle moderne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Sehr gut ausgestattet und fantastisch gelegen. Es war schon mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesen Appartements und ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum der Altstadt

Klasse Hotel in bester Lage, sehr nahe an der Kathedrale. Gute Ausstattung, alle Geräte modern. In die oberen Etagen gelangt man per Aufzug. Parken entweder am Hotel (ging bei uns wegen Straßenfesten nicht) oder im öffentlichen Parkhaus Plaza de Reina. Dickes Lob gilt den Beschäftigten an der Rezeption die sehre hilfsbereit waren.

Vier Tage Valencia

Das Valencia Flats Catedral liegt wie der Name schon sagt Mitten in der Stadt Plaza de la Reina.Die Catedrale ist in in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Da gibt es auch Frühstück Cafe con leche, croissant und el jugo de naranja! Zu Fuss mit U-Bahn oder Bus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut. Wir genossen den Park bei warmen Temparaturen bis Palau de les Arts und Oceanografic Park. Wir fuhren mit der U-Bahn und Tram ans Meer. Schöne Promendade mit vielen Restaurants.

Flat in hervorragender lage in der altstadt

check-in war etwas mühsam, die dame an der rezeption war nicht gerade kompetent. das Studio war ok, obwohl keinerlei instruktionen für küchengeräte usw. vorhanden waren. Die lage ist perfekt für die altstadt, direkt an Catedrale. Was aber auf jeden Fall in der beschreibung der Anlage stehen muss: im Innenhof der wohnanlage, wohin die meisten balkone bzw. fenster gehen, gibt es ein grosses Restaurant mit Gartenbetrieb bis in die nacht hinein, die lärmbelästigung ist beträchtlich. öffnungszeiten sind von ca. 7 uhr morgens bis mitternacht. Davor bzw. danach lautstarkes aufstellen u abräumen der gartentische. in der nebenanlage der flats ebenfalls ein Lokal. Ansonsten war alles ok, da wir den ganzen tag unterwegs waren

Perfekt gelegenes Appartmenthotel

Was man wirklich garnicht braucht - ist ein Auto... das Hotel ist im Herzen der Altstadt beim Plaza de la Reina von Valencia gelegen, welche in gut 15 min in jeder Richtung durchquert hat - sofern man die netten Kneipen und Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach mal ignoriert. Zum Strand nimmt man ein Taxi (ca 10€), oder bindet ihn im Sightseeingbus ein. Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand, ein neues, modernes Gebäude. Sehr ruhig und unser Appartment war sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung war modern, aber die Qualität könnte etwas hochwertiger sein, ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Frühstück gibts extern direkt in Innenhof wo der Eingang des yhotels ist.

Lovely Apartment in the heart of the Old Town

We're very happy with our decision to stay at Valencia Flats Cathedral. The Apartement was clean and in very good condition. Everything you need (p.ex. towels, hairdryer, kitchenware and even a washing machine are right there). Also the Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the location in the heart of the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance and the Metro isn't far as well. We would come back again and recommend the Hotel to everyone who wants a lovely flat with the vibes of the beautiful Old Town.

It was an amazing stay in this hotel! We got a very big room which was really comfortable and clean! As we checked out we could leave the luggage at the reception

Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten anzusehen. Sehr ruhige und sichere Lage. Die Räume bis auf letzte Detail durchdacht, alles vorhanden. Ringsherum Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Ruhige Lage.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Appartement-Hotel in super Altstadt-Lage.

Das Valenciaflats Catedral ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Valencia. Durch die recht gut ausgestattete Küche hat man die Wahl, frühstücken zu gehen oder sich selbst etwas zu zaubern. Zum Hotel gehören zwei nette Bars im alternativen Style, wo man frühstücken bzw. eine Kleinigkeit essen kann.

Zentraler geht in der Tat nicht, angenehmes Ambiente. Neues Gebäude, allerdings nicht ganz ruhig. Durch Türen im Treppenhaus etwas lauter, aber nicht schlimm wenn man da nicht empfindlich ist. Keine Reinigung während eines 5tägigen Aufenthalt.

Cleanest apartment ever

Phenomenal location and the absolute CLEANEST suite we have ever encountered. Comfortable and well-appointed. Walkable to the silk exchange, cathedral, famous central market, great dining, etc. Uber pickup/dropoff spot just steps away. We had a car and parked it in the underground garage. Super easy. Navigating the winding one-way streets was a bit challenging but not impossible. People are happy to help with directions. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. Check in was straightforward and staff super helpful. Apartment lovely and clean and comfy beds. Quiet even with cathedral round corner and a bar/restaurant in the square. Some "internal" noise - i.e. people moving about in corridors but nothing unusual. Great location, in centre of old town and so much around. Great places to eat and a bike rental just round corner. Lovely to get lots of space and a central location! Would definitely stay again and recommend. Saw a few comments about getting lost; once you know where it is, no probs. 5 mins from anywhere old town and WhatsApp ahead of arrival was helpful in directing our taxi from airport. It is in a pedestrian area, but cars can go literally 20 metres away from reception.

Seems like a fairly new property, easy to get to - although you will likely be best off walking into the area with your bags, easy enough. Very clean and comfortable, a few pods for the Nespresso are there, always appreciated. Very accommodating staff. Overall great- we would stay there again!

Wonderful stay and we really enjoyed it!

We visited Valencia with our kids. This place is amazing. It’s just next to Valencia’s Cathedral. In other words, it’s is located perfectly within a walkable distance to restaurants, cafes, and main streets. Parking is available underground just 2 minutes walking and the price is around 22 euros/day. The apartments are impeccable. Very nice, spacious and clean with all the things you need to feel comfortable and at home. I definitely recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Valencia with small kids.

A perfect location for old town València. Easy to find, and a quick check in process, will store luggage before and after checkin/out too. Really lovely, large clean room (multiple blocks around a central square). Only issues we found were the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the room next door turning on a light switch, the square outside is very noisy at night (even from a top floor room), we were unfortunate and had a group of young girls staying in our block who were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate until 4am which didn’t help, and as the reception isn’t manned overnight there was no one on site to seek support from. Also there was no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay which was surprising (no cleaning, bedding or towel changes etc). Otherwise a recommended stay, location couldn’t be faulted, and we would stay again despite the noise - which seems to be the case across most of Spain!

Great stay. Very central right in the old town with no issues over noise or safety at night. The staff are really helpful they assisted us when we blew a fuse and came over immediately and then came back again when we locked ourselves out of our safe. Can't fault the apartment, facilities or location. Kitchen has everything you would need and bed very comfortable. Apartment was super clean and Aircon worked well. We took the metro from the airport and it's then a short 15 minute walk to the apartments. The location couldn't be better for getting everywhere by foot and it's all really close by.

Property was excellent location, walkable to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff were lovely. Place was lovely and clean. Didn’t get five stars and lift was a bit temperamental and could have done with some extra amenities like milk or tea in room. Apart from that excellent stay.

The property was very nice clean and secure. Very close to all main attractions in the old town. Many dining options and a couple of grocery stores close by. We were very happy and will consider staying again if we revisit and recommend to our friends.

Must make reservation for dinner somewhere. We were told we didn’t need to and missed dinner the second night as nowhere in town had a table even though the town was empty and it was the hotels restaurant. Other than that Great place. Large suites. Beautiful view.

Since we were visiting multiple cities along the Spanish coast, we arrived with a car. It was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find their garage with the instructions the front desk provided. This was really frustrating as cellular GPS is useless when navigating old town. Once we did find the garage, the stall we were directed to use was occupied. However, we couldn’t reach the front desk to ask for a new stall because there’s no cellular connection from the garage. We eventually got through only to be told to park in two other occupied spaces. The experience was maddening and stressful having to navigate extremely tight garage spaces (we rented a Fiat not an SUV). It’s unfortunate this was our first impression as it was the only drawback to an otherwise good experience.

We had an awesome stay. The property is located in a beautiful, lively square, but inside the home is quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The place was so lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Would definitely recommend. The only problem we had was finding the parking area. The street signs are on the side of the building, making it impossible to know what is what while driving. It would be better if they diagrammed an actual map. We parked at the plaza instead. Washer, dishwasher, oven stove, nice fridge, and no more than a 7 or less minute walk to many attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and groceries are nearby. The kitchen is appointed with most everything that you will need. The AC is incredible and the place is very secure.

Location. Location, Location!

This is a great place to stay in Valencia! You are literally in the shadow of the Cathedrals’ tower. The only tricky part is getting there for the first time. The streets are mostly pedestrian walkways so it is very tricky. If you use Uber, type in “Apartmentos Mon Suites Cathedral”. We tried a taxi with the address given on the reservation and he dropped us off blocks from the place and we had to drag our luggage.

La habitación es muy espaciosa con unos salones grandes. Bien distribuida.esta en un segundo piso con elevador. Todo muy bien Bien decorada .lo unico es una sola llave de acceso si som 4 o mas hay que ponerse de acuerdo muy bien para poder utilizar la llave.

Its a well located modern apartment that is very well maintained and a few minutes walk to the center of Valencia. Driving to the apartment was very difficult to you need to park then walk and check in

Arrived late but remote check-in was easy. Lovely spacious apartment, very safe and secure. Perfectly located for sightseeing in the Old Town and within easy reach of bus and metro. Lots of superb bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The area was quite busy during the evening. We were on the 3rd floor and the apartment was soundproofed though you could still hear chatter and music but it did stop around 11pm ish ... if you retire early then you might find this disturbs you. Not many TV channels and the TV was old so we couldn't link with the phone to watch Netflix.

This hotel is in the middle of the old town and everything you want is close by, restaurants, shopping stores, supermarket, cathedral, fountains, historic buildings, etc... there is parking available for a fee per night which it was very convenient, the apartments are very nice and spacious, very clean and the service was fenomenal. It's a little hard to find at first because gps will not take directly there but the front desk lady was very helpful and provided via WhatsApp a map of the streets on how to get to the hotel and even meet us in the street to.make sure we didn't get lost. Very recommended, the best place to stay in Valencia.

So far, hard to find, if you have a car. No one told us how to get there in advance as it was impossible to find on Google maps. Took awhile to communicate with the hotel stuff. Appartment is clean , nice , noisy from outside and has no hooks in the bathroom( but has not needed bidet that takes half of the tiny bathroom. ). Everything else is good so far.

O local é perto de muitas atrações turísticas, confortável, um apart bem montado, excelente. O único inconveniente é a garagem que é difícil de acessar por se tratar de zona histórica. Nós acabamos deixando o carro no Parking da Plaza da Reyna, este é bem perto do apartamento

Keurig verblijf, in een hele leuke buurt. Erg centraal qua bezienswaardigheden. Lawaai van buitenaf vonden wij geen probleem, appartement zelf is echter wel gehorig. De badkamer is klein, ruimte tussen toilet en bidet is veel te klein voor langere en dikkere mensen. Bad heeft voor ons geen toegevoegde waarde, maak er een ruimere douche in, dan kun je ook met 2 personen tegelijk van de badkamer gebruik maken.

We had to arrive late due to connection problems. Phone support for electronic check in was very helpful, but having a reception desk open longer hours would be better. One complication is the property extends over several buildings rather than a singe location.

Wonderful place to stay.

A great place to stay, close to plenty of restaurants & the Cathedral. The apartment has a comfortable bed & has everything you could ask for, even a washing machine. The only thing that could be improved is the shower head. It’s very small & the hot water pressure isn’t very strong, so the shower stream is very thin. If you’re driving, you will need to use a Parking Station. Once you find it, it’s fairly close to Mon Suites. Otherwise I would say the apartment is a wonderful place to stay.

Great location

This was situated perfectly in the older section of Valencia. There was always someplace to eat and shop near by. It was roomy and actually too much space for a solo traveler.

I feel quite conflicted in reviewing this property. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was terrific. Normally my review would have been higher. However, we returned from a day of exploring to find a set of keys hanging from the door of our apartment. It was sheer luck that no one had used these keys to enter the apartment and steal our things. I immediately complained and was told that someone had entered to fix the WIFI (we had no notice of this) and had forgotten the keys in the door. In the end, nothing was stolen, but this is a fundamental breach of security, and it cast a shadow over our stay.

Great apartment with well equipped kitchen. Cleaning only done weekly. Ask for a room facing the square, so as not be bothered by construction noise from neighbouring streets. Location is great.
