Die Lage war ein Traum und das Appartment wunderschön! :-)

Appartamento situato nella città vecchia di Stoccolma, vicinissimo al mercatino di Natale, al centro e comodo alla stazione centrale che si può raggiungere a piedi senza difficoltà. La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è molto carina. Il check in si effettua da remoto (si suona il campanello e viene fornito il codice per entrare e le istruzioni per ottenere le chiavi d’ingresso). Mancano purtroppo alcune cose di base:la cucina è praticamente vuota (ci sono pochissimi utensili, posate), non ci sono canovacci, non sono presenti sacchetti della spazzatura supplementari. Avevamo segnalato che eravamo due adulti con bambini, mi aspettavo fosse più accogliente per una famiglia. La camera principale è accogliente ma senza finestra, così come il bagno. La pulizia era tutto sommato buona. Lo consiglierei più per una coppia che per una famiglia.

Fantastisk lägenhet i fantastisk miljö! Det som va lite tråkigt va att vi fick vänta mer än en tills på att få komma upp på rummet då det inte va färdig städat vid incheckning.

Helt ok förutom den virtuella incheckningen som var bedrövlig.

Wonderful modern apartment in the old town

Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. I would definitely choose to stay there again

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Meget lille lejlighed, men udmærket til et par dage. Tæt på alt. Men svært at parkere.

Great location and apartment

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre, close to everything and honestly amazing. The apartment was ideal for two we had a lovely time it was very clean.

Smaller than expected

In a 17th century building there is no lift, but a twisting, worn, steep staircase. Access and checkin are via an intercom speaker. The address displays no sign outside, just a number over the door, like every other door in the lane.

Rooms were very small, but clean and comfortable. Great location!

Our initial check-in, and surprise walk up four floors on a spiral staircase, were a bummer, but overall this place had more positives than negatives. Nice renovation, very clean, heated bathroom floor, the sofa bed was made up and more comfortable than most. the kitchen setup and TV were both good. Despite being in the middle of tourist land it was quiet. On the downside, the listing does mention lack of elevator, but that is not enough to describe the actual conditions, which would be impossible for some people to manage. The owner should make this clear! Other small negatives: Bedroom has no window and is very tight, not enough bathroom counter space or towel hooks, broken pull-down blind on window. The #1 problem is lack of communication from the owner. We should have received an email explaining the check-in process (which is done via Ring doorbells) and including the wifi info (which we had to get from a neighbor). The owner is hard to reach and leaves much to chance. But it did work, and in the end this was a comfortable stay.

Great property . All worked really well. On fourth floor so be prepared for spiral stairs. You ring or phone owner at the building front door to get access. It’s all via a video ring door bell system. You self serve door pass card under instruction of owner remotely. Great location. One stop on metro thenk in easy 5 min walk or a 20 min walk from central train station. Just off the famous picturesque square in Galma Stan island.

The place is in a great location and was nice. Not much of a kitchen, so don’t plan on making meals there, but nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. My big complaint is communication. It was impossible to get an answer from anyone. I sent multiple messages and called and could not get a response. I had to change my dates and even Expedia customer service couldn’t get through to anyone. Very frustrating. Once we got there, there weren’t enough towels. Again, I couldn’t get through to anyone for days.

Great location, not easily accessible

Great location. Room was comfortable. We were on the top floor and had to carry heavy suits cases up the winding stone staircase and then a really small wooden staircase which was difficult.

Rullgardinen var trasig så vi fick knyta fast den manuellt. Saknade sänglampor, det fanns endast takbelysning. Saknade också ett till täcke i bäddsoffan, det fanns bara ett. Vi saknade information om hur man rent praktiskt kom in genom porten (digital reception), inget svar på porttelefon utan fick ringa numret i bokningen på mobiltelefon. Fick då bra mottagande. Kan inte minnas att jag läste innan att hotellet saknar hiss, det var många trappor upp, vilket vore bra att veta för rörelsehindrade eller äldre/småbarn.

Overall the stay experience was good. The location is fabulous - it’s right in the heart of old town and just 5-7 mins walk to the metro station. Room was quite good too- The only bummer was that my room was on the 5th floor, so carrying my bags up and down those many narrow stairs was a challenge.

Apartamento con escaleras muy empinadas y peligrosas para ir con maletas y niños y no te avisan. No hay ninguna información sobre la estancia, hay que llamar virtualmente y 2 de las veces no respondieron. No puedes dejar las maletas en consigna. El estor no funcionaba y la barra de ducha estaba rota así es que nos duchamos sin cortina y se mojaba todo el baño. Cocina poco completa, ni microondas,ni tostadora. Lo único bueno es que es nuevo,limpio y la ubicación super céntrica.

Mysigt och fint boende mitt i Gamla stan! Tyvärr väldigt lyhört fast vi bodde på fjärde våningen. Sängarna inte så bekväma så behöver man bra sömn så är det inte att rekommendera. Fint för övrigt!
