very nice!

The room was above my expectations. Very spacious and had everything I needed and more.

Location was great. The main desk has limited hours.

We stayed here while we took tennis lessons from the Sea Pines Tennis Academy. It was perfect walking distance to the tennis courts and to shopping and dining. They had a nice, free, wine and cheese reception that was well attended and fun. Nice big hot tub as well.

My check in was the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Keep up the great work!

We liked that property is so close to the Marina and harbor town light house

The check-in process did not go smoothly as we had gotten delayed in our travels to the Island from GA, after closing hours for the Heritage office. Additionally, had to contact maintenance to have them come and unclog the guest bathroom show/tub drain. Other than that all was good, wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Beautiful villas with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer, balcony. A sidewalk away from the lighthouse and across the street from the Harbour Town Golf Club

One of the best kept secrets on Hilton Head. We love staying here and do so often. It’s steps away from Harbour Town and directly across the street from the Heritage Golf Clubhouse.

Beautiful facility, rooms recently updated. Excellent location right across from the links club. Access to golf club, tennis club, shut up in a few minutes walk to Harbor town. Would definitely stay again

Didn’t want to leave

The hotel was very quiet, exceptionally clean, and the staff were amazing!

Rooms were very clean and larger than expected! Outstanding location, just a short walk over to Harbor Town shops and restaurants and the Golf course is directly across the street. Will definitely return here on our next trip to Hilton Head.

A Hint of Modern!

Rooms seemed to be modernized. Could do better in the kitchen. My room smelled like smoke upon arrival. Purchased several candles to eliminate the smell. Signs of renovation were not cleaned up...sandpaper dust in the bathroom. Housekeeping should focus on cleaning the corners of the room.

Great property and location!

We stay here often and it’s a great property. Very close to the Harbour Town marina, shops and dining. The Heritage Golf Club House is directly across the street, which makes it very convenient for anyone playing the PGA course. Highly recommend staying here!

I picked this hotel as a romantic getaway with my husband and was planning on staying in the hotel alot due to the colder weather. This hotel recently renovated the property and when I made the reservations, I reserved a one bedroom, fireplace, jetted job and king size bed. When we arrived, they had removed all the tubs and fireplaces. We received a two bedroom villa which was entirely too big and no tubs and no fireplace. We were very disappointed that we were not told of this before we paid all the money. The staff did their best to make up for it, but it really was disappointing and I will not stay there the next time.

Loved the closeness to Harbor Town area. So much in easy walking distance. Our unit was just remodeled and very nice. Would go again and stay there.

Front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional

Great suite layout. The pool said it was heated yet the heater was not working the day we went. Overall, great property, super location.

It was like a brand new condo! Very clean and luxurious. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! The rooms were huge and the check in process was amazing. The woman at the front desk was so sweet. Recommended the best restaurant and also give us a bottle of 🍷 to congratulate us on our marriage. Will definitely visit this place again

Nice location close to HHI's Harbor Town

Chose this location and room because of the kitchen option verses other hotel options. Was delighted that the kitchen was truly outfitted, a 'full kitchen' facility. Thank you.

Front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. Condo was spacious and clean . Would definitely stay here again and again .

Excellent stay - wonderful location and top notch amenities

Great staff

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.The room was gorgeous with a suite of rooms that would please anyone. Everything you needed was supplied if you wanted to cook. Pool was large and had a Jacuzzi also. Four rounds of golf also came with the suite. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend staying here.

Very close to everything

we had little bugs in our room, did not like I could not lower air conditioner pass 72. Other than that it was a very nice Condo, enjoyed the stay.

Despite the impact from the recent hurricane, Hilton Head Island...STRONG. Marriott Heritage Club is one of the best kept secrets on HHI. Clean, courteous, spacious and quiet...just what we needed...Thanks!

Stayed only one night in the 2-bedroom suite. Very good location with walking distance to the harbor. Clean rooms with plenty of amenities. AC in one of the bedrooms was weak but over all a very pleasant experience. Would love to come back and stay longer!

SPACIOUS, VERY CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE,

Lots of noise due to construction across the street during the week but we only stayed for the weekend and it was quiet.
