One-bedroom apartment consisting of a dining-living room with a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, an American-style kitchen bar, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace. All with a washing machine, parking and TV, but none have Wi-Fi.APARTMENT AMENITIES:

Swimming pool (15/06-15/09, subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building) for adults and children. In the surroundings, all kinds of services.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except sheets and towels), water, gas, electricity, cleaning on entry and exit, swimming pool and parking.

NOT INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception 6 € set/stay direct payment. Towels for rent (25€ set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7€/day, direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7€/day, direct payment).

One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of €50

DEPOSIT:
