H2M Andres Perez Loft Comfort is our study and it´s located in the historic center of Malaga.

The emblematic Marqués de Larios St. is less than 500 meters away, as well as the Cathedral of Malaga. The Thyssen Museum is less than 400 meters away and the Picasso Museum is less than 700 meters away.Malaga Port and La Malagueta Beach are less than 1 km away.

The studio has 40 m2, capacity up to 2 people, double bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Kitchen equipped with fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. air-conditioning, 600 MB high speed fiber. Iron and ironing board and Smart TV.

This is the ideal place to work with your furry: good situation, good Wifi, desk and gardens nearby.

Pets are welcome on request with an extra charge.

Check-in timeis from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Please note that the apartment includes towels, bed linen, and duvets for all guests included in the reservation. If you require additional bed linen or towels, an extra chargewill apply.
Check-ins after 10:00 PM incur an additional charge of €50, payable upon arrival.
You can leave your luggage at our office for a small additional fee.
A refundable security deposit will be required and must be paid by credit card upon arrival.
